Jennifer Talley, RN

Jennifer Talley, RN, brings a diverse educational and clinical background to her role as Program Director of Gulf South’s Inpatient at Home program, where she is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

She began her academic journey studying sociology, psychology, and business before earning her nursing degree from Charity School of Nursing in 2011. Jennifer has extensive experience as both a floor nurse and charge nurse, with additional clinical work in LTAC and inpatient rehabilitation. Over time, she developed a strong foundation in patient care and coordination, leading to more than 10 years of experience in case management. During that time, she also worked closely with pet therapy programs, incorporating compassionate, holistic approaches to support patients’ emotional well-being.

Jennifer is especially passionate about serving patients who face barriers to leaving their homes. She is committed to connecting individuals with community resources, preventing unnecessary hospital readmissions, and improving overall patient outcomes.

Through her leadership of the Inpatient at Home program, Jennifer’s goal is to expand innovative care solutions that keep patients safe, comfortable, and out of the hospital whenever possible.
