Our Lifestyle Medicine program uses proven lifestyle therapies – like nutrition, movement, and stress management – to help prevent and treat chronic disease, supporting long-term health through personalized care and sustainable change.
Inpatient at Home
Our Inpatient at Home service offers hospital-level care in your home. We provide regular provider and nursing visits, 24/7 monitoring, IV infusion, imaging, as well as laboratory and rehabilitation services, allowing patients to heal and recover in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Lifestyle Medicine
Lifestyle medicine uses therapeutic lifestyle interventions as first-line treatment for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases – and as a powerful adjunct to medications or procedures when they are needed. Emphasis is placed on patient-provider partnership, long-term behavior change, and measurable clinical outcomes.
